Fresh vegetable or fruit cocktails – smoothies – can become a healthy and very tasty way to get enough nutrients into your diet.

Preparing smoothie is so simple that it takes up minimum time and can be made even by an utter culinary beginner. Smoothies are a great source of enzymes, phytonutrients, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and fibre. They help the body get rid of toxins, and acidity, they also clean the liver, strengthen the immune system, speed up the metabolism, help lose weight and improve health in general.

If you add quality protein powder to your smoothie, you get a quick, protein-packed, meal or snack.

Here are three of the most popular recipes for autumn months.
